Big party Weekend

we celebrated alot of birthdays over the last weekend, Billy's Dad on friday night, Barb's on sat lunchtime and sat night Isabella and her best friend had a joint sleepover with 14 girls at our house. Ang and I shut ourselves away in the bedroom and threw junkfood at them every hour or so and were asleep long before the 3.30am time the girls said they went to sleep. Sunday we went to Big Gay Out and Billy and Harriet both proved they were little dancing queens performing to all the best drag hits

Last weekend ....

of the school summer hols so we took off to the bach with our friends for a weekend of swimming, camping and exploring the Awhitu penninsular. The kids spent most of their time in the water and the adults got to read all the latest gossip mags plus play alot of scrabble...Isabella started back at school today and is thrilled to be a yr8. Harriet has one more term of preschool than starts school after easter, she is already in full party planning mode for her big 5yr old Bollywood party which she is going to share with her friend madeline..a two girl party. First we have to get through Isabella and her best friends' 14 girl sleepover this weekend at our house to celebrate their birthdays with their school friends which were away in the hols. Than we will belatedly celebrate Billy's first birthday in March than Harriet gets her turn. Activities start next week with Sax for Isabella and Greenpeace volunteering, Bollywood Dance for Harriet and both Harriet and Billy are back at swimming...now if I just had 48hrs in each day
