Happy 2009

Happy New Year, may 2009 be a year filled with family, friends and fun.







We had a picnic tea to see out the year but will be having a quiet night, I am doing my last night duty before leave and at 38 weeks Ang is planning a quiet night in front of the Sound of Music rather than partying. Isabella is staying up north at the beach with friends so guess she will have to do the family partying.

the last two days and nights we have had the boys staying. Yesterday we spent a great day out a friends pool than the Grans brought us dinner and took us to MADAGASCAR 2.





Today we did something I have been wanting to do with the kids for a long time

as kids I remember going to pick strawberries for xmas, I finally found a place in Auckland we could pick our own, the only issue was actually persuading the kids they could eat them as well as fill their containers.
We all enjoyed strawberries and icecream for pudding

dinner and presents with friends than a trip to see the xmas lights with the cousins as well. Poor Billy was so tired he was asleep before hanging his stocking up so Harriet set everything up for Santa.

All in all a fabulous 3rd birthday and hard to believe 3yrs ago this was the small person who joined our whanau.
