 my latest pattern test was this great cardi from

Little Kiwis Closet

 It was a great way to use my little knit pieces

and the boys love the pockets

 and a super quick sew

just an hour each

they are perfect for this crazy spring weather

when they need something warmer for mornings and evenings

Boy Mondays

2 Mondays ago it was a little chilly

so we bundled up to go check out the birds

at Western Springs

Otis had a wee following of feathers

he liked these wee swans in the muddy puddles best

a little playground time

this Monday was much warmer

so we headed to the playground and beach

at Castor Bay
