Vintage Wednesday

A small post this week, Miss Isabella has been away and I haven't managed to take pics of either Ang or myself so you will just have to enjoy the retro goodness of the 3 smallest

Miss Harriet on Monday who is very pleased to be fitting a pair of 70s retro roller skates which were thrifted for a 70s party at least 10 yrs ago

Billy got to choose what we did, he wanted to go to Kelly Tarlton's then have lunch at Alleluyah, after that he wanted to 'go home and have lots of cuddles' ...sometimes he is too delicious

CouSin MonDay

as I knew I would have the same gang of 6 this Monday as last, I did a little forward planning and made them a Scavenger Hunt of sorts

on a couple of walks over the last week I photographed lots of things along the way, big objects for the smaller people and tiny stickers or bits of Grafitti for the bigger ones and made them each a little booklet of photos

with some clue about where to find them

The freezing conditions and hail overnight meant I thought we might have to come up with a plan B but luckily the sun came out mid morning so we rugged up and headed out

then we went off to get their prizes...some giant colouring posters

the afternoon saw us heading out for some wheel action





before heading back up the hill for hot chocolate and marshmellows because apparently there was even snow in parts of Auckland today which explains the freezing weather
