Summer of Vintage

I'm going to try to get back to a weekly vintage clothes post

but to kick start here is some of the

 summer vintage we have been wearing

 I have been doing a little

so far I am up to 40 dresses

so these 3 are pictures from that

thrifted pink cotton sundress and cards

 this wee sundress came from lemon honey vintage

this polished cotton handmade dress

was a trade find

 Billy has pretty much lived in togs over summer

but here are some vintage shirts from special occasions

this vintage Levi's shirt is still going strong

I think it's his 4th year of wearing it

Boy Monday- little park

 awhile back I read a list of top Auckland parks

we have been to most of them

but this one was specifically described as a toddler park

so waited until the big boys were back at school

 it was perfect for Otis

fully fenced

sandpit under a shade cloth full of toys

 a shaded seating area

 giant Xylophone

 mini tramps

 slides also in the shade

 and lots of ride ons

it really was perfect little toddler park

 than we picked up these two

both are Rangitira o the wiki this week

Weekend Adventures

 Saturday morning the boys and I headed to Mangere Mountain

I had to do a wee photo shoot for a pattern I've been testing

it's fabulous but can't share more till it's released

a little treat of chips for lunch at a local park afterwards

 a little gull chasing

Saturday night we headed to the Pride Parade

 and met up with lots of lovely friends

 waiting

 and watching

Billy tried for a high five from as many participants as he could

 heading home

this morning we headed out to Whatipu for a walk

 the last time I was out here Ella was this age

 it's a pretty amazing landscape

 this guy ran and ran

as well as eating a lot of sand
